As partner and owner of TopLine Insurance, David is involved in every aspect of the agency, and his focus has and will always be serving TopLine’s clients. David concentrates primarily on company selection, product line, agent representation, and customer service.

In order to serve clients properly, David believes in partnering with elite insurance companies. These companies must be top-rated and offer unique products. For more than 30 years, David has been very involved in the selection and retention of the insurance carriers that TopLine represents, as well as the insurance agents who work for TopLine Insurance. He has contracted outstanding agents who are not only educated but creative.

David has always been a strong advocate of outstanding customer service. In keeping with his value system, TopLine is always available to its clients whenever they need help. David continues to stress continuity within the company, especially with regard to the customer service division.

David’s goal is to uphold a reputation as an honest, hard-working, no nonsense firm, supplying ideas and solutions for clients. TopLine’s mission is to be business that clients can count on, today and tomorrow, for all their insurance needs.

David chose this line of work because his wife’s family had been in the business for decades prior to their meeting. As an independent person, the idea of a career in the insurance industry was very appealing to him. He had always wanted to build his own business and succeed or fail on his own merits.

Outside of work, David is a husband, father, and grandfather — basically a family man. There is nothing more important to him than family. He is a sports fanatic, a lover of music, and an avid traveler, both domestic and abroad.

As co-owner of TopLine Life Insurance, Jason is involved in all aspects of agency operations, including sales, marketing, and agent development.

He has personally been involved with helping thousands of families attain life insurance, and hundreds of agents generate sales all over the country.

He was the number one writing agent with Liberty Bankers Life in 2016, and number two in 2017. He has recently put his personal sales goals aside to focus on developing TopLine into an agency with exceptional sales numbers and customer service.

Jason started in the industry 13 years ago, selling one life insurance product for one company. He then joined an independent brokerage agency, where he was responsible for personal sales and the development of agents across the country. He’s now licensed with over 30 companies, each with multiple products in their portfolios.

Jason graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, PA. He investigated many careers after college, but very few offered the freedom he desired. He wanted the ability to make his own schedule and control his financial future. The insurance industry has allowed him to help many families with their insurance needs and to help insurance agents provide an income for their families, while enabling him to provide for his own family.

Jason and his wife have one daughter. His hobbies include cooking for friends and family, baseball, golf, and traveling.
